It's been a heartbreaking weekend. My heart, prayers, and deepest condolences go out to the families who lost loved ones, those injured, law enforcement, medical staff, first responders, and everyone impacted by this tragic mass shooting.

Thank you, West Texas, for trusting us to share your heart and your stories. I am proud to be a part of this incredible giving and strong community and powerful news team. We are so grateful to the other stations around Texas who have traveled to help us in every way. It was an honor to continue to work with some of the most hard-working individuals I have ever met. We will continue to serve our West Texas family and community to the best of our abilities and bring you the latest information.
