Judging 'Miss Permian Basin Fair' Scholarship Pageant

I loved judging the Miss Permian Basin Fair Scholarship Pageant. The fair organization planned to give more than $4,000 in scholarships. We had three incredible young women. I judged the interview competition in the morning but was called into work that evening because of breaking news. I know my fellow judges did a fantastic job!
