Speaking at the Midland Humane Coalition's Furr Ball
The Midland Humane Coalition held the 9th Annual Fur Ball at the Petroleum Club with a theme of casino night. I was excited to speak about my own experience with the Coalition after adopting my cat, Buffy, in May of 2019. She has been an incredible addition to my family, and I genuinely consider her my 'soul cat.' The staff at the adoption center in PetSmart on Loop 250 in Midland are very knowledgable about each individual animal and their personality.
MHC's mission is to rescue healthy, adoptable pets from euthanasia and find them furr-ever homes. We also provide much-needed resources to the community, such as low-cost Shot & Microchip Clinics, and educate the public on responsible pet ownership, proper pet care, and humane alternatives to surrendering pets.
I look forward to continuing to show my support for this organization.
